when I download tensorflow with command sudo pip3 install --pre --extra-index-url https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v42 tensorflow-gpu

Could you add the “–no-cache-dir” config when downloading with pip3.
sudo pip3 install --pre --no-cache-dir --extra-index-url https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v42 tensorflow-gpu
