When using these exact instructions, I receive the following error messgae:

Looking in indexes: Simple index, https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v46
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow
