Is Jetson orin nano still available at education price?

I am a graduate student from the United States, I have applied for the education discount for the jetson orin nano, I received email reply from Nvidia employee
“Unfortunately, our EDU opportunity is currently on pause. However, we are actively working on getting the program up and running again soon. If you would like, I can notify you as soon as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”

Just want to confirm that the edu discount is no longer available right now?
