I’m currently evaluating the NVIDIA DGX Spark system and I’d like to know if it is officially compatible with MIG (Multi-Instance GPU) technology. In the official NVIDIA documentation, it’s mentioned that some GPUs based on the Blackwell architecture support MIG, but I haven’t found any explicit reference to the DGX Spark system specifically — neither in technical specs nor in configuration guides.
Additionally, I came across some forum discussions (like this one: MIG support on RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell - #28 by ALowlyConsumer) where it’s suggested that MIG support is not currently enabled on some Blackwell-based GPUs, even if the hardware is theoretically capable.
Can someone from NVIDIA or the community confirm whether MIG is officially supported on DGX Spark?
If not, are there any plans to enable it via firmware or driver updates in the future?
