Is the waveshare orin I/O board design a direct mirror of the nvidia orin nano/nx dk design?

I am currently developing using the orin i/o board sold by WAVESHARE.
Is it possible that this board is based on the orin nano devkit reference design?
I was wondering if I can proceed with the BSP and S/W development using the ORIN NANO DK as it is.
