issue with cuda 9.0 and visual studio 2017

i installed cuda9.0 and visual studio 2017
while building a code i ge followin errors

Same here with CUDA 9.2.
Base installer + patch 1 were both installed.
Visual Studio Community 2017 Version 15.9.7.
CUDA Toolkit Custom Dir was properly fixed to “C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v9.2”
