I am writing to report an issue I encountered while trying to verify my phone number for my NVIDIA account.

Error Message:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

Details:

Context:
I confirm that I am the current owner of this phone number. However, I have never used this number to create an NVIDIA account before. It is highly likely that this is a recycled number (secondary number) previously owned by someone else, or a false positive by the system’s rate-limiting security.

Could you please assist in resetting the limit for this phone number or unlinking it from any previous accounts so I can complete the verification process?
