Hi,
I would suggest trying a few techniques to guide Modulus predict the flow behavior effectively:
- Use parabolic velocity constraint
- Add an integral plane and impose a mass flow constraint (reference).
- Start with the default
lambda_weighting
settings. - Give modulus enough time to train [~100k iterations] and monitor the pressure drop and losses
I’m not an expert—these are based on my trial-and-error experiences.

This is a simplest problem but sometimes very complicated to solve using Modulus-sym.
