Jepack 6.1 on Jetson ORIN NX not support onnxruntime

Hello I’ve upgrade to jetpack 6.1 on my jetson orin and it appear that it haven’t support onnxruntime yet, I’ve try installing onnxruntime for jetpack 6.0 but it require cudnn 8.x for inference while the current jetpack run cudnn 9.x
