Jetosn xavier nx sample_uff_ssd can't run

Description

We ran the ssd uff model in jetson-inference demo with sampleUffSsd in the tensorrt /usr/src/tensorrt routine. It can run through jetson-inference, but tensorrt can’t.

jetson xavier nx .jetpack version 4.4dp
