I am waiting for “Asynchronous DMA” version ethernet over PCIe, which I was told will be include in Jetpack(4.3). When will Jetpack(4.3) be released? In Oct?
Thanks.
Hi zhuce_cgf, the JetPack 4.3 release is planned for December.
Hello,
JetPack 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 was installed on host Ubuntu 18.04 and target Jetson AGX Xavier.
The host was formated and Ubuntu 18.04 reinstalled.
Is it possible to reinstall JetPack on host only ?
Thanks.
When you install the “.deb” package on the host, this installs JetPack/SDK Manager to the host. No need to do anything else to install to host. However, you would probably then want to run SDKM, uncheck all operations except for adding CUDA (or related) to the host PC. This would add those packages to the PC, but JetPack/SDKM itself is technically separate from CUDA even when it is used to install CUDA. Just look closely at install targets since sometimes it isn’t obvious what can be modified in the GUI.
