Hello NVIDIA community,
At RidgeRun, we are actively working on extending the lifecycle of JetPack 5 platforms beyond NVIDIA’s official EoL timeline.
We currently have the CIP Linux kernel 5.10, which has long term support through 2031, successfully running on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier platform, validated on the NVIDIA Developer Kit.
So far, we have validated operation across several key subsystems, including GPU support, MIPI camera capture, multimedia codecs, and other core platform functionalities.
In the coming weeks, we will also be validating additional Xavier based platforms, including Jetson Xavier NX.
Our goal is to help customers maintain, secure, and extend deployed JetPack 5 products with continued kernel maintenance and platform support after NVIDIA’s official JetPack 5 EoL.
