I’m facing this problem with my Jetson Nano 4GB. After the 1st boot up and set up using headless mode, i powered it with 5v-2.5amp usb but the green led turning on for 2 seconds then turning off. And also when i connected to the laptop it is not showing up in ports (COM).

Are you using the devkit or custom board?
Do you tried to power it up with DC (with jumper) instead of USB (w/o jumper)?
Could you provide UART console log for further check?

How did you flash the devkit?
The devkit would boot up once it is powered. (either by power jack or Micro-USB)
Use jumper for power jack
Remove jumper for Micro-USB
It would need serial console cable to know what’s going on.
I followed the jetson nano Get started page,
First, I connected jetson nano to laptop and then I connected power supply to barrel jack.
Using putty I made the setup and configuration then I disconnected the power supply and usb cable from laptop.
When I am trying to connect USB power supply without jumper, the issue of green light is arising.
What’s your host PC OS?
I would suggest using SDK Manager to re-flash the devkit before you get the UART console calbe.
SDKM is only available on Ubuntu, please use standalone Ubuntu host PC to re-flash.
Install Jetson Software with SDK Manager :: NVIDIA SDK Manager Documentation
And I think you just need to connect micro-USB w/o jumper as power supply and connection to host PC.

How did you flash your board? (SDKM or flash.sh script)
You said that you are using 4GB Jetson.
Why the flash log showed 16GB?

And another on showed 32GB?

Are you flashing to SD Card?
Using SDKM
yes, I am using jetson nano 4gb dev kit,
those 16gb and 32 gb are from my host pc
I have a doubt, in the above image,
Download folder: is a path from host pc
Target HW image folder: which path should I add ?
Please explain about the paths in the above image

Both these two path is from your host PC.
Download folder is to store the debian packages.
Target HW image folder is to store Jetpack SDK.
Just choose somewhere with available space to store data.
I am using dual booted machine with (windows 11 and ubuntu 18.04)
It should be fine with this configuration.
Just make sure that you have enough disk space on host PC due to large file downloaded while using SDKM.
Could you flash the devkit with SDKM successfully?
Have you tried other USB cable?
I created a 50gb separate partition in ubuntu and I created two folders one is for download folder and another is for target hw image folder
After completing 99%, flash failed
Have you tried to flash the devkit with the script (flash.sh)?
