This notice is to provide an early update regarding revised EOL timelines for a subset of legacy Jetson SKUs.
The LPDDR4 memory used in a number of legacy Jetson modules is approaching end-of-life from its manufacturers. It has become increasingly complex to source LPDDR4 memory parts in the broader market. This supply dynamic is outside NVIDIA’s direct control and has impacted NVIDIA’s ability to sustain long-term production on these SKUs. Production customers are expected to start looking into their last time forecasts
Please get your forecast and purchase orders in by July 15, 2026. After that date, we won’t be able to accept new orders. Everything placed by that date will be shipped no later than July 15, 2027, on a noncancellable, non-returnable basis.
