I am trying to get hold of a Jetson Tk1 dev board but it seems that all the european distributors are out of stock. Some have told me that the factory is out of stock too.
does this situation happen often?
Yeah, finding them in stock can sometimes be difficult.
I used to wonder if Nvidia was serious about this board, and had stopped making them, or if they just sold out rapidly. I can assure you that it the second case. They are currently in stock at Amazon, Newegg, and Arrow for the moment, but I’ve seen weeks go by when they were out of stock here as well.
