[Jetson TX2] help!RTSP camera and USB camera did not work in deepstream4.0

fellas,errors encountered during RTSP camera and USB camera tests in Deepstream4.0. Both of the two cameras works good in deepstream1.5. Hardware:TX2

this case you mentioned works on our board, but our RTSP camera still does not work
