Is it possible to take the Jetson through a PCB cleaning machine? My concern is that the thermal interface between the PCB and the TTP will degrade with DI water exposure. Drying of the unit would be another concern on this front as well. The unit needs to be in a cleanroom environment, so it needs to be clean as well.
To elaborate more on this, there is a callout for the thermal interface used in the system. If I were to take the TTP off for cleaning of the system, and replace the thermal gap pad, is it possible to know to what level the fasteners should be torqued to on the TTP for re-assembly?
It is not suggested to do so. You may need to consider other ways on this.
