Jetson6.2 Orin NX System reboot

We are conducting long-term running tests, and a system restart occurred midway. The serial port output is as follows:

Please help analyze the reason for the restart

Hi 404208956,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin NX?
What’s the Jetpack version in use?

It seems the reboot is triggered by GPU driver.

What test are you running?
Do you connect the display during the test?

Hi KevinFFF,

Thanks for your reply.
We are using custom board of Orin NX 16G.
The Jetpack version is 6.2, and Jetson Linux 36.4.3.
We connected the monitor during the testing process and obtained logs from the debug serial port.
We are conducting DV testing with the device placed in a temperature chamber at -20°C. During this process, the device restarts randomly, but it functions normally at room temperature.
It appears the equipment is unstable at low temperatures.

Could you help to clarify if there’s the issue if you disconnect the monitor?

Do you mean the issue is specific to low temperature environment(i.e. -20°C)?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue anymore.
Hence, we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one.
Thanks

Is this still an issue to support? Any result can be shared?
