Legacy driver 470.199.02 installation fails on Linux 6.5

Hi.
Installation of the legacy 470.199.02 driver fails at the DKMS stage on linux 6.5, running Debian Trixie, with many errors similar to

/var/lib/dkms/nvidia/470.199.02/build/common/inc/nv-mm.h:164:23: error: too many arguments to function ‘get_user_pages_remote’

Any suggestions welcome.
