License Manager Problem

Hi, I am a student and I would like to ask what is the problem with my compilation as after I have replaced my trial license with my uni permanent license, I can’t compile my program and it ends up to appear the following code when I make an attempt to compile,

user@user-X10SRA:~/Downloads/Parallelised version $ /opt/pgi/linux86-64/15.7/bin/pgcc -acc -Minfo=accel -O3 -c probability_between_pixels_functions.c
pgcc: LICENSE MANAGER PROBLEM:

I would like to know is it the problem of the license or any other problems?
