linux driver 440.36 gtx 1060 with Max q design, NVRM: RmInitAdapter failed!

Hi,

when I try to start the GPU through optirun or any other software I got these two lines on my dmesg

[ 24.404715] NVRM: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x26:0x65:1125)
[ 24.404739] NVRM: rm_init_adapter failed for device bearing minor number 0

The Gpu was working fine, till I used it for playing some games on windows, the temperature was under control it never went over 70 degrees.

Please check if the kernel parameter
acpi_osi=! acpi_osi=“Windows 2009”
works around it. If not, please check if uninstalling/disabling bbswitch makes the nvidia gpu available.
