Linux Driver for Nividia 515.65.01 on [Quadro M1200 notebook] Black screen causing black screen

I recently updated my fedora 35 to the new 36 on my Dell precision 5520 [Quadro M1200] and it been piratically unusable since then, i kept getting black screen and it the same after installing Ubuntu, PopOS and Nobara OS to ensure i’m not making any mistake as they had compatibility with most hardware i used in the past, but none worked same issue.
Any help or advise on fixing this will be appreciated.

You’re always getting

[ 39.594332] NVRM: Xid (PCI:0000:01:00): 44, pid=637, name=systemd-udevd, Ch 00000001, intr 10000100
[ 39.810593] NVRM: Xid (PCI:0000:01:00): 62, pid='<unknown>', name=<unknown>, 0a7b(16c8) 00000000 00000000

Might be either defective hardware or a driver bug.
Please downgrade to the 470 legacy driver to check.

I have a similar problem with recent drivers (and tried reinstalling 525 many times), but the rendering works for 470 in my case. Is there any downside to using 470?

Here is my bug report BTW

FYI, I just solved this issue by removing CUDA completely (running the first two commands here) and installing CUDA 11.8 via official instructions.
