Hello,
I am unable to log in to my NVIDIA Developer account associated with my university email (@hccs.edu). I am stuck in the “Security Challenge” loop where the system says it sent a verification email, but it never arrives.
I have isolated the issue to a server-side block/suppression on my specific .edu address.
The Evidence:

The “A/B” Test: I just created a new NVIDIA account using a generic Gmail address. The verification email arrived instantly. This proves the NVIDIA email system is functional and the issue is specific to my work email.

Marketing vs. Transactional: My work email (
@hccs.edu) IS currently receiving NVIDIA marketing emails and newsletters. It is only the Security/MFA codes that are failing to arrive. -
IT Whitelist: My university IT department has confirmed they are not blocking NVIDIA domains.
Request: It appears my email address has been added to the Transactional Suppression List (or Bounce List), which is why marketing gets through but security codes do not.
Can an admin please check the status of patricia.mcmanus@hccs.edu and clear the suppression flag so I can regain access? ( If i guess the problem correctly ) anyway
