I am reaching out on behalf of nCage Therapeutics, a biotechnology startup focused on structural biology and protein design. We are currently evaluating the NVIDIA DGX Spark platform as a potential addition to our infrastructure. While I understand that the recommended route for inquiries is through this forum, I wanted to emphasize that I’m posting here because, based on official communication channels, I have not been able to identify any alternative way to directly reach a representative from NVIDIA to discuss this matter privately.
At this stage, we are not necessarily looking for deep technical support through the forum. Rather, we would like to establish a point of contact with someone at NVIDIA who is responsible for DGX Spark systems and might be able to provide further clarification on a few compatibility questions related to our software tools. We would also appreciate discussing the potential for evaluating the system in our research environment before committing to a purchase, if such an option exists.
