M.2 Key E PCie controller not detecting

I am using the Jetson TX2 EVK boards (P2597) and Jetson Linux version - 32.4.3 and 32.6.1.
We have same response log to flashed with both variant of code setup.

We have connected the WI-FI module in M.2 Key E slot but we are not getting the PCIe controller node. Please suggest
