Hi NVIDIA Team,
I'm unable to verify my account and generate API keys on build.nvidia.com.
I keep getting: "API Access Unavailable - Please contact support to verify
your account access."
- Account email: [7161770@qq.com]
- Phone number tried: +86 [18008048048] (China Telecom)
- Issue: The OTP verification SMS never arrives on my phone. I tried
multiple times and clicked "Resend code", but no SMS was received.
This appears to be an international SMS delivery issue for China
Telecom numbers. I cannot complete the phone verification step.

Could you please manually verify my account so I can access the NIM APIs?
