Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am writing to request manual verification for my NVIDIA Developer account to access NIM APIs on build.nvidia.com.
The Issue:
When I try to generate an API key, the system requires SMS verification. However, my country of residence, Russia (+7), is not present in the list of supported countries for sending SMS codes. I see a red banner saying “Please contact support to verify your account” and cannot proceed.

My Purpose:
I am a developer working on personal, non-commercial AI projects. I would like to test LLM inference endpoints and use the NIM APIs for learning and development purposes.
Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my email so I can generate an API key?
