The Issue: The system requires SMS verification, but my country of residence (Russia, +7) is not listed among the available options. Therefore, I cannot complete the verification automatically.

My Purpose: I am a developer working on personal, non-commercial projects. I would like to test LLM inference endpoints and use NIM APIs (specifically models like Qwen3.5-397B, MiniMax M2.5, Kimi K2.5) for learning and development purposes.
Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my email so I can generate a free NIM API key?
