I am writing to request manual verification for my NVIDIA Developer account to access NIM APIs on build.nvidia.com.
The Issue: I cannot complete the standard SMS verification because Russia (+7) is not listed in the country dropdown menu.

My purpose: I am a developer setting up a personal workstation for non-commercial development and learning AI models. I plan to use the NIM APIs for educational purposes only.
Could you please manually verify my account or activate API access for the email above?
