Hello NVIDIA team,
I’m trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com but I’m blocked at the
phone verification step. When I enter my Dominican Republic mobile number
(country code +1, area code 809/829/849), the form rejects it as an
“invalid number”, even though the Dominican Republic appears in the supported
location list.
I’ve already tried:
- Entering the number in several formats (with/without +1, full E.164, and the
10 digits only). - No leading 0, area code included, a real SMS-capable mobile (not VoIP).
Could you please manually verify my phone number / whitelist my account so I can
receive the verification SMS, or directly activate my API access?
