Hi NVIDIA Support Team,
I’ve been trying to generate an API key at build.nvidia.com but I’ve been stuck at the phone number verification step.
Issue description:
When I enter my Dominican Republic mobile phone number (+1 849 536 5960), I immediately receive the following error message: “The phone number you provided is invalid, please try again.”
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried (all failed):
- Different phone numbers, all starting with 809/849.
- Switched to different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and used incognito/private windows.
- Waited for a couple hours and retried.

I believe it doesn’t register 849 nor 809 as a valid format in Dominican Republic but I have no other colleague’s phone number I can try. Could you please manually verify my phone number or whitelist it so that I can receive the verification code or directly activate API access for my account?
