Request for manual phone verification (+86 ****) to enable NIM API access

Hi NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to use free NIM microservices for my personal development project. However, I am stuck at the phone verification step.

Issue description:

When I enter my Mainland China mobile phone number (+86 14782094102), I immediately receive the following error message:
“This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried (all failed):

  • Confirmed that this phone number has never been used to register any NVIDIA account before.
  • Tried both Wi-Fi and 4G/5G mobile data (no proxy/VPN).
  • Switched to different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and used incognito/private windows.
  • Waited for several hours and retried.

I suspect the verification system may be blocking +86 numbers incorrectly. Could you please manually verify my phone number or whitelist it so that I can receive the verification code or directly activate API access for my account?
