Hi NVIDIA Support Team,
I am attempting to register for a new NVIDIA NIM account to generate an API key, but I am completely stuck at the phone verification step. I am using a +86 (Mainland China) phone number.
The system keeps showing the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.” I have not received any SMS OTP codes at all.
Could you please kindly help me look into this and manually verify my account so I can get API access?
