Hi NVIDIA Support / Moderators,
I’m trying to generate a free NVIDIA NIM API key on build.nvidia.com for personal AI prototyping and development (e.g., testing open models like Llama 3.1 or Qwen, building small agents/non-commercial use).
On my very first attempt, as soon as I enter my phone number and click to send the OTP, I immediately get the error:
“This phone number has exceeded limits. Please try a different phone number or try again later.”
No OTP was ever sent, and this is a brand new account with no prior usage.

It seems like a possible false positive or regional rollout issue. Could you please:

Manually reset the verification limit for this number, or

Whitelist my phone number so I can complete the SMS verification and generate the API key?
