Phone verification limit exceeded on first attempt, need manual verification

Hello,

I am trying to register on build.nvidia.com to access NIM APIs, but I am blocked during phone verification.

Error:
“This phone number has exceeded limits. Please try a different phone number or try again later.”

Details:

  • First attempt (number never used before)
  • No OTP received
  • Country: France
  • No VPN used

This issue is preventing me from creating an API key.

Could you please:

  • reset the verification limit, or
  • manually verify / whitelist my account
