Phone Verification "Exceeded Limits" on First Attempt - +86 China number - Need manual reset

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API Key on build.nvidia.com but stuck at phone verification.

Error: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

This is my first attempt, I never received any SMS.

I am a legitimate developer wanting to use NVIDIA NIM APIs (e.g. for OpenClaw).

Could you please manually whitelist my account / reset the verification limit?
