Phone Verification "This phone number has exceeded limits" on first attempt - Need manual whitelist/reset

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, but stuck at phone verification.

  • Error: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

This is my first attempt, I never received any SMS OTP. It seems like a false positive (possibly recycled number or system issue).

Could you please manually whitelist my phone number / reset the limit or verify my account manually?

Just wanted to update and say a big thank you!

My phone verification issue (“This phone number has exceeded limits”) has been successfully resolved after your assistance.

I can now complete the phone verification, generate the API key, and access NVIDIA NIM services normally.

Thank you again for the fast response and manual help. This really means a lot to developers like me.

If anyone else is facing the same issue, posting here and waiting for support really works!
