Hi NVIDIA Support Team,
I am trying to generate an API key to access the NVIDIA NIM API (specifically to use the Nemotron models), but I am currently stuck at the phone number verification step.
When I try to verify my +86 phone number, I immediately receive the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.” This happened on my very first attempt, and I haven’t received any SMS verification codes at all. I believe this might be a system false positive for the +86 region.
Could you please kindly help manually verify my account or whitelist my number so I can generate an API key? Here are my account details:
