I am writing to request manual verification for my NVIDIA Developer account to generate an API key for the DeepSeek-V3.2 NIM microservice.

The issue:
When I try to generate an API key, the system requires SMS verification. However, my country of residence Russia is not present in the list of supported countries for sending SMS codes. Therefore, I cannot complete the verification automatically.
My purpose:
I am a developer working on a personal, non-commercial project. I would like to build a custom AI assistant using the DeepSeek-V3.2 model via the NIM API. This is for learning and research purposes only.
My request:
Could you please manually verify my account or activate API access for the email address above?
