Manual verification request – Russia (+7) is not available

AI & Data Science NVIDIA NIM Access/Accounts
1

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to access NIM microservices for my personal development/learning project. However, I am unable to complete the phone verification step.

Issue details:

  • Country: Russia

  • The country code +7 is not available in the SMS verification.

  • Because of this, I cannot proceed with verification to generate my API key.

What I have already tried:

  • Using different browsers (Firefox)

  • Clearing cache and cookies

  • Trying incognito/private mode

My account information:

Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my email so that I can generate the API key? I am happy to provide any additional information if needed.

Thank you for your help.
