Hi,
What is the maximum memory size supported by Jetson Nano for M.2?

Is there any Limitation from Software on this? Can we go beyond 512GB?

Can we use below?
FDM2-2280NT-512G Flashdisk, M.2 2280 NVME, 512GB, TLC, Comm Temp
Innodisk M.2 (P80) 3TG3-P - 512GB+?

Do you mean SSD/HDD external storage? There is no such limit for a PCIe port.
