MiniPCI-E WWAN Reset when booted

On my Custom board i have wwan card connected through MiniPCI-E connector to USB bus, PCI Reset used for usb logic reset.
As kernel boots the card catches reset signal and shutting down.

After initial try of pcie device initialization on pcie bus, controller sets perst active after some time if device didn’t find on the bus.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
