MTBF value for Tegra X1

For a project, we need to report not only the MTBF of the SoM but also the MTBF of the SoC to our customer. Is there any documentation from NVIDIA about the MTBF of the Tegra X1 SoC?

Please may check the TX1 TRM to see if can find it, otherwise there is no this data as reference.
