Nemo Early Access pending for a while - active use case - frustated with NVIDIA customer care

We are www.projecta.ai a leading AI services company and requested NeMo access for an active usecase with one of the leading Energy company in the USA. The process is so frustating with NVIDIA. We may have to force to look for alternatives if this is not solved.

Its unfortunate that NVIDIA is not supporting active use cases.
