New Thor T3000/T2000 SoM roll out

Hi Nvidia team,
Could you tell me when can i expect the roll out of the Developer kit and datasheet/design guide of the new Jetson Thor T3000 and T2000? I am considering to use Either of the SoM as T4000/T5000 is a much advanced SoM for my design.
