I am busy studying and learning how AI models work and how, with the optimal hardware and Nvidia, they can be a groundbreaking solution. I am new to AI and learning how to build and improve and develop, as this field is a new area for me. I would like to deepen my knowledge in this area to help develop and show people with hardware like Nvidia how we can be significantly ahead of the competition. Currently on the developer you have a 40 RPM NIM, but you can’t even code, develop, or test with the NIM as it reaches errors too fast. I would like Nvidia to be my leading backend partner, providing hardware support so I can become a great AI enthusiast and help others. What are the steps to request a higher NIM or possibly assistance from Nvidia in our third-world country? I have lodged a ticket with support but no luck so far.

Thank you for your response, may you then clarify the steps and processes. Since your support email is no one responding on the emails sent as well as follow ups, surely there should be a place to apply. However you stated this is not the place to apply, this is the only place Nvidia is giving a response. If possible may you advise on the place to apply and the process on behalf of Nvidia please

To make full use of a NIM blueprint you will need to deploy it.

Thanks Tom but you will read my issue is not NIM blueprint, My question was the process to get in contact because Support is not working, no descriptions even in your article . So for NIM what is the PROCESS? Please before refering to articles read the questions raised to understand my query. I need or contact information or the correct Process not a article on how it work a NIM

Unfortunately, there is no way to get an increase of NIM rate limits at this time.
