I am running TAO YOLO_V4 jupyter notebook on AWS VM

all the requirements are met :

docker login nvcr.io is also done :

TAO versions are also checked :

But always getting error after :

Please check if downgrading requests to 2.31.0 helps. Refer to Tao toolkit observations - #63 by foreverneilyoung.

Im not OP, but this did work for me. @Morganh, should this advice be pinned somewhere or docs updates?? I churned for a few hours to troubleshoot this with TAO toolkit dockers and it is a know issue (I now know! haha)
