I don’t know if a regular web browser should be able to reach this, but if it is, then I also see it as down.
With the current security situation, unfortunately there are a lot of broken services and links.
Our IT teams are investigating to fix that problem.

I understand this is hard time for nvidia, but it is not a reason to not be honest. Any estimates for the repository fix please?
This is causing me lost work as well. When will this service be back up?

I know recovering from a security breach is a massive undertaking, as you wipe and reload machines and re-certify them as clean and secure – and I know you have a lot of machines. But, guys, it’s been nearly three weeks…
