I guess that the probable problem is with the firmware of the card. The card has been tested under Windows and Linux. The situation is the same for both systems. After installing the drivers, the cards are not visible and there are errors.

At the same time, other cards work fine on test systems. V100 and RTX3090 cards were tested in parallel

Did you resolve this? I encountered the similar issue. And it prompts No devices were found. , when nvidia-smi.

Please enable above “4G decoding” or “large/64Bit BARs” in bios and possibly reinstall in EFI mode if not already done.
