Use Case & Reason for Request:
I am an independent developer actively using NVIDIA NIM with AI coding agents (like Roo Code) for personal development projects. My workflow involves highly iterative, agentic programming tasks: generating code, running multi-step debugging, refactoring across multiple files, and conducting rapid testing cycles.
In this environment, a single development task often triggers 10–20 sequential API calls in a short span (planning → tool selection → code generation → verification). The current 40 RPM cap is frequently exhausted within a few seconds during active coding sessions, leading to repetitive “429 Too Many Requests” errors. This severely disrupts the development flow, breaks the real-time feedback loop, and makes it impossible to complete complex agentic workflows[reference:1].
